We had an appointment with Justine scheduled but decided to hold off for the moment. When I called up to let her know she was reacted rudely and hung up on me. I was a bit shocked. It was unprofessional. Judtine had previously refused to bring out the samples to our home that we requested and asked us to come into the showroom to see them. She said that they were too heavy for her to carry but In my opinion that’s part of her job..
Removed and installed ceramic floor. Excellent work, installers did a great job. Done in a timely manner to meet our needs. Sales representative, Heather was so helpful when she came to measure. We needed her expert help in choosing the right color and product and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. We will be using Rusmur floors for any future services needed.

Heather Corey did an amazing job helping me find the right options for my home and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. The installers were organized and efficient and did a wonderful job!

The entire experience at Rusmur was terrific from selection to installation. Everyone guided me through the process. The installation crew was wonderful, neat , skilled and professional. I am extremely pleased with my carpet.
