I had lunch at the Decker location today. The service was friendly and the food was perfect! Great job!
We stop here every trip we take to NC. Wouldn't miss it. We love the Hot Dogs, Slaw Dogs, Fry's and I always have to have a piece or two of chicken. Great food and people!
Okay! I have eaten at rushs for a very long time! But tonight I went into the one in Hopkins and had an awful experience! There were twenty people behind me and they all got food before I did!!! They didn't even fill our drink orders! When we talked to the manager about getting our food after standing in line for 35 minutes!!!! The service at the Harbison (Irmo), in particular the manager, on Monday evening (6/22) was terrible! No people skills and ignored an important issue of ours and walked away in the middle of a conversation to wipe down the ice cream machine. I can't remember the last time the the manager of a service industry establishment cared less about a customer. Never going there again no matter how good the food is (we left before ordering).
