Call center is a joke you’ll be on hold for hours. I cringe every time I have to call them.

I stopped in hoping to get help with my lift gate that was stuck down but a gentleman informed me they couldn’t help and didn’t know anyone who could BUT then a very nice woman walked up and directed me to go to Utility right next door, so I did. They got me up and rolling within 30 minutes. Thank you to the wonderful lady at the service department!!
Huge shout out to Jake and staff at Rush Truck Centers in Idaho Falls for going above and beyond what they needed to do for us. Jake and the others spent a long time helping us get our Sprinter van back on the road even though our vehicle is too small for their mechanics to fix. (They specialize in commercial trucks.) He made calls around town on our behalf. The service counter coordinator also made a call to her mechanic to see what they could do.
