It's hard to say enough good things about Scott and the crew at Idaho Falls Rush Truck Center. We were just passing through, we weren't regular customers, but they took care of multiple issues on the same day.

I'll tell you what I have dealt with a lot of un-seasoned parts people in my day, but Rush has got it going on. Zack Johnson is the extra most best-est service parts guy and retail parts guy around. Easy to deal with, helpful and quick to help find what you're needing. WILL BE BACK AGAIN! :D
If you want a great dealership i can’t say enough about Rush International of Idaho Falls. Scott and Sara are outstanding in service. I’ve received excellent communication throughout the replacement of my transmission, and everything else I needed to get repaired. The technicians are observant at things that may need repairs in the future, along with things that need addressing asap.
