Very busy location
If I could give ZERO stars I would. Quite possibly the worst service imaginable. Parts/Service Never answers their phones. Have to go in person for parts bc of this. The people at the counter are competent enough, but management is aweful. Counter guys always complaining about how bad it is there. Do you self a favor and drive to Dallas bc this place sucks!!!
Service department was horrible
Just purchased 2023 KW T680 The salesman James Nezat was very nice, helpful, informative and a great storyteller. The truck is super clean and runs well. I would definitely return here to purchase another vehicle.
