I have no idea how the people running this place can sleep at night…their pricing is out of control. They want $33 dollars for the rubber grommet in my windshield washer reservoir…it’s approximately the size of a half dollar. I don’t care if you’re paying Jeff Bezos $3,000 per hour to sit in some room somewhere and make these rubber grommets, there’s absolutely no way they could cost the end user $33 dollars. Don’t come at 7pm. There will be only one employee that works meanwhile eats and also takes like 1 hour per customer. Is like He doesn’t care.
Ivan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was professional and explained the issue and fixed it. He also explained to me what to look for in the future if this issue happens again. He is definitely an asset to this company
