This is where the Parkinsons/Movement Disorder Exercise Class meets on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Tuesday and Thursday there are two sessions. Session 1 is 1-2 p.m. and Session 2 is 2:15-3:15 p.m. On Fridays we meet from 1-2 p.m. On Fridays we are in the therapy pool. We also do Boxing on the last Friday of the month. Yoga is also offered on the 3rd Thursday of each month. Great classes. These classes have helped me a great deal with my Parkinsons Disease. Come check us out!
