Patient billing is a joke. I think it's stupid they can't work with me on my bill. I've made a payment every month. I'm sure I was overcharged. I called to make an offer and they would only go 30%. They will sell my account to collections for pennies on the dollar but won't give me a break. I guess the tax write off means more to them.
Nothing like getting sent to voicemail when trying to reach the ICA director or the patient advocate. They only respond to social media where others can see how bad this hospital really is.

Worst experience ever . Went in at 6pm not to be taken into a room until 10:45 almost 11 and mind you I have to go up to the front to make sure they didn’t forget about me . I passed out hours before and was dehydrated and needed an IV because I knew I couldn’t keep anything down I go into the room and I believe the names were Moises and Jen said they would bring me an IV 2 hours later still nothing . They took my pee samples and never took them out of my room . When it was finally almost 130 I asked to just be discharged be... read more

Went here last night around 10pm. Upon arrival in the emergency room waiting for someone to take me to labor and delivery it took a good 20 min. Then when I finally made it to labor and delivery I was then greeted again by a nurse that seemed nice at first but then started being rude. Then they took me to a room where another nurse was being rude and made a comment saying “your the second person they send up here for nothing.” What the hell does that mean I’m freaking 32 weeks pregnant and high risk. I felt very disrespected... read more

VIOLATION OF HIPPA & MOCKING PATIENT: I came into the ER and had a nurse name Jeff. With an anxiety attack causing thoughts of cardiac issues by palpitations as the main concern. At least 3 other staff members made fun of my anxiety attack and the way I was acting. As quoted, a female staff said “He’s never going to want to come back to this hospital” and Jeff mocking my verbal concern of increased heart rate by saying “My hr is going up my hr is going up” while using my name Orlando.
