VIOLATION OF HIPPA & MOCKING PATIENT: I came into the ER and had a nurse name Jeff. With an anxiety attack causing thoughts of cardiac issues by palpitations as the main concern. At least 3 other staff members made fun of my anxiety attack and the way I was acting. RecommendedI’ve been to the emergency room several times and each visit I was treated the way I thought that I should’ve been properly thorough courteous they are very attentive the doctors and nurses even the Technicians very nice there a few times I didn’t know what was happening to me and they explained my illness to my understanding in a very careening way

RecommendedWent to the ER today for a totally non Cobid reason. Every single person, from security, to reception to nurses and doctors were the friendliest people ever. They were the nicest and most compassionate people I’ve met in a long while. They all deserve raises. Thanks to everyone working this afternoon/evening-you made a difference!!
Horrible food. Nurses are OK.They wake you at 3am for vitals and lab work. Seriously?They lie to your insurance that you have Covid. Now you're a prisoner. This place is horrible. I have pneumonia, not covid. But I'm in the covid wing. I better not get it.

This is very tuff place to work for black men. Nursing management doesn’t take racial things serious. Harry Chan and his manager. No black RNs on unit. I didn’t make it 7 months, before the fake write up came. Terrible place for blacks to work.
RecommendedI had surgery at Rush Copley again for the third time last week. As someone who has had frequent surgeries in her life I cannot say enough about this hospital. I wrote a big review last time and I have to make sure I do so again and give a shout out to all the wonderful nurses and staff who took care of me..... Thank you to Tina, Brook, Diane, Amanda, Jo and Sym..... and of corse Dr. Joo.
