They need more child care staff or a bigger area for toddler. I have to call weeks ahead of time just to reserve a spot for my 18mo old. And if I can't get in then I can't work out and for the price we pay to go here that's ridiculous. Hire some high school girls that love children or you're going to start losing clients.
Horrible place for kids tennis, overcrowded, kids end up standing more than playing! rude and lying management that won't issue a refund. I was told i would get a full refund on my credit card in 10-14 business days, only to find out that they issues a pink slip credit that i can use only at their facility. Called them to inquire about this on monday, and have not heard back yet. Definitely do NOT recommend.
Well , I love the people they really have a great a attitude, and patience with me and my bad knee , Brett always ask me how my weekends went and holds the best conversations just a sweetheart, the young fella that looks like my nephew "Reggie" Darius I think that's his name very nice young man...always make sure I'm not cheating on my streaches he sure gives me a work out. I really appreciate them, and I would recommend ATI in a heartbeat.
Andrew my trainer was very knowledgeable, and concerned. Listened to me and understood my challenges and is so very nice. Can't wait to go back.
