I would like to thank Daniel English for his great product knowledge and hard work. He is always a very friendly and honest employee of your store. Daniel has helped me with any issues that I need help with inside the store even if he is not inside that department. I have noticed the great improvement in the feed section of your store. Great job... employ more good people like Daniel.
Went on Sunday, 9/16, to buy Captivator Fly Traps. Told they didn't carry those but I had already went on line and it said they had 6. Got to work on Monday, ordered 3 online and picked them up that afternoon. Guess they did have some. Never purchased anything online from this place - it said present ID. Once the items were brought to the customer service desk from receiving, I waited for someone to ask for my ID but the only instruction I received was you paid online so just take your stuff and go. Rude.
The over crowding of ducklings in this place is sickening. Concerned customers have complained many times. They say they will fix the problem but obviously won't. I will never set foot in any Rural King and give them any of my money until this issue is truly resolved.
