I love Rural King for simple stuff but if you are going to buy anything that amounts to very much money and might need to be returned if it breaks they only have a 30 day return policy! Don’t buy heaters or tools at Rural King. You could be out a lot of money. Burned once on a heater but won’t do it again!
I stood in line for 15 minutes to buy 2 items at 9 AM. ONE cash register open while another store worker stood there apparently guarding the carts and popcorn popper. AFTER the cashier rang in my items, she informed me the chip card reader wasn’t working, and I’d have to hand enter my card info. While FIVE other registers stand there not in use.......REALLY RURAL KING????
Recommendedwas my first time visiting this store 12/26/19. I'm from ny and I fell in love with this store. friendly staff and the store had a little bit of everything. I highly recommend this store for anyone.

Rural King is a place for everyone in the family including the family fur babies. I think you can find everything you need at Rural King. I appreciate they let our childhood cancer organization, Book for Hope set up to sell items to raise money for families with a child in active cancer treatment as well as childhood cancer research.
I always love going to any rural king but I went to this local store on Saturday and left not a happy customer. They had a deal buy two certain Milwaukee power tools and get a free battery. I purchased 3 power tools and asked about the battery and the guy at the counter acted like I was lying to him? I then showed him the picture pointed out the pictures of the tools and he still refused to give me a free battery.
