I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the treatment my friend Bertha received at the Rural dentist in five ocasiones until today May 19, 2025 Despite following the recommendation from Supervisor Vivian to arrive before 8:00 am for an emergency appointment, I was not seen by Dr. Rodriguez until the afternoon, and ultimately, she was denied service. I am very disappointed. First, they rescheduled my appointment 3 weeks away from the original date (thank God it wasn't urgent) and then they canceled it when i arrived to the office because i was supposed to be there 15 minutes earlier. My appointment was at 8:30am and i arrived there at 8:27am (3 minutes before the actual appointment time) I explained to the lady at the front desk that I have a exclusively breastfeeding baby at home who needed to feed before I left the house, but that didnt mattered.
