The lawn isn’t as pretty as it used to be. Not sure why. Years past it was nice and lush like a sea of green but this year (2018) the grass on the lawn was yellow and dry.

We have been watering it, but with the lack of rain from mother nature and the many shows we have had in a row, unfortunately, it's a continuous fight to keep it looking beautiful. We do our best to keep it looking as best as we can. We appreciate you coming out to our venue and spending your summer nights with us.
I’m not sure where the bad reviews are coming from but in the 15 years of regularly attending concerts this venue is one of my favorites. The staff were so amazing and orderly especially when the show was stopped for lightning. The VIP lounge was so worth the money also! This is a very open and clean venue and I would love to come back if The Killers were to do another show there! This concert is definitely in my top 5 favorite shows of all time!

For that being people's job that they work cocerts events ect...daily no one knew anything about what was going on when the gates open, vip, meet and greet, seating upgrade very poorly managed unorganized and the employees that were supposed to help was very rude if you don't want to work there find something more suitable for your demeanor then working with the public I don't care to see another concert at Ruoff
Love the seat upgrades and friendliness of the staff! Great lineup for 2018!! Have purchased or gifted to others (not a mega ticket, but a variety of genres) SEVEN separate concerts this season so far! That says it ALL!!
The crew at Ruoff Home Mortgage Music Center provide exemplary customer service! My concert experience was fantastic! A very special THANK YOU to Ron and his boss at WILL CALL! Ron went above and beyond expectations to help with a ticket issue. Keep up the good work!

I think it was pretty fun. I c how concerts can b addiciting
Tonight we spent a great evening with Dead and Company, and after the show, a storm moved in and an On site security guard kept yelling at fans to leave during a storm that was producing large amounts of lightning while we were taking shelter. I was one of these fans. We were forced to leave during unsafe conditions. This should never happen, the storm was a quick pop up and could have easily been waited out in 10minutes. Getting out of your parking lot after a show is RIDICULOUS! Sitting in the same spot now for 1/2 hr and not moved an inch.

We can assure you we have police directing at all the main intersections and parking staff directing our onsite parking lots.
