Dave Matthews was great as always but the Tailgate tickets were useless , at the start of the show could not redeem our drinks and we asked 6 different employees on location of tailgate , their response was they did not know where tailgate party was at. So it was wasted 80.00 dollars for us
Love this venue!!! Its beautiful, its clean!! The staff is always nice, the only complaint I have is when trying to get out of the parking lot after a packed show, the staff doesn't seem to be trained in how to handle the traffic and everyone is cutting each other off and crowding each other, they stand out there with the flashlights waving people through but dont stop and direct for a smoother more safe exit

We had a fantastic experience at the journey/def leopard concert on 7/3/2018. Your employees went above and beyond to make this the best time we have ever had at this facility. I used to like this venue. I attended the Journey and Def Leppard concert last night. I waited 1 1/2 hours in line. Ok, I didn’t get there until close to 6:30 so I’d accept that as my fault except the screeners were SO slow. Then the venue was so packed, it took a very long time to find a place to stand. Where were all the people who came in after us going to stand? They were standing in the aisles as there was no where else to stand. You couldn’t move anywhere. I purchased the VIP premium pkg. I have never done VIP so I thought I would try it. I did not get all of my merchandise, got 2 tickets and only got 1 duffle bag and 2 laminates nothing else. Did not know I had to purchase a venue package and parking pass, since I paid for VIP. The only VIP I got were good seats and early access. Should have at least included parking.
