HANNAH, GIVE BIG PAUL THE TV.
I took my daughters and niece to vans warped tour today. I've never been to this venue before. I was really impressed with how well organized it was and how helpful and kind your staff were. (From lot attendants , box office personnel, to security and beyond). We'll definitely make the drive down from South Bend again. Thanks for such a positive experience. I used to attend all day events, and the bands had great volume to spread the theater, so you could hear who you were seeing. Journey was so quiet, I could barely recognize my favorite songs. Def Leppard got better, but only half way through. For what used to be the best venue in Indiana....I'm not sure about returning. Not much point going to a music show, when the main factors ( volume and clarity ) are overpowered by a talkative yet calm crowd. Very sad.
We go to a lot of concerts here and usually have a good time but thanks to one lady who went out of her way to make sure we had a great time, not only your friendliness and your professionalism but your sincerity when it came to helping that lady that was struggling to walk, you are an amazing person! Thanks Kathy from the whole crew on deck!

Great venue. Excellent staff and very helpful and friendly. Bathrooms were very cleaned. Other venues could really take note to how well organized and friendly and clean it is here!

I recently attended the Zombie/Manson Twin of evil Tour. I am 6 months pregnant and needed a place to sit, I was sitting the steps by a unfinished handicap section as many others were doing. A member the security staff came along and told me move along. I explained that i was bearing child and just needed a moment and his reply was " Im not buying that shit story now move your fatass or ill just remove you from the venue" I was very offended by this and spent the rest of the show in the parking lot sitting in my car crying w... read more

I have a question. I attended the Marilyn Manson/Rob Zombie show last night. We observed a very pregnant woman in the mosh pit. Why would you allow this to happen? But you won't allow someone leaving the concert to take their purchased drink with them? You act like you regard the safety of everyone by taking the cap off of bottled waters and even pouring drinks in cups, but total disregard for an unborn child. And yes, she was pregnant. I had pavilion seats..staff was super rude to us..we wasn't even drinking alcohol or anything!! Took wife 1st time out in forever and we left early.. night totally ruined!! Smdh..was so excited
