I've been to this venue more times than I can count. Since it was actually Deer Creek. I average about 8 shows every summer. But since Ruoff has taken over, after this summer I doubt we'll ever come back. Terrible customer service, prices raised again. $13.25 for a 24 oz beer? No excuse. Prices were different, for the same beer, depending on who you bought it from. A 16oz domestic was 12 at one place, only $10 from the vendors in the lawn. Last year was my first concert ever a buddy and I went to see Def Leppard, Poison, and Tesla....I’m disabled and they helped with finding a parking spot .....then after the security line we were immediately greeted by a worker and shown where our seats will be ....they are all nice there I have nothing negative to say.....try it u will love it

I had a great experience.
Saw Imagine Dragons Friday night. Great concert but please ban all smoking materials, especially vape pens! We were with a 10yr old and it kept getting blown in our faces even when they blew it straight up. Also some had weed in them.
Awesome venue, super helpful staff who were clearly having a great time themselves! We had a wheelchair and they were very accommodating. Ride to the venue from the car, upgraded seats due to the wheelchair within minutes and a ride back to the car. Nice courtyard with tons of food and drink options (although expensive, 13.50 for a beer, 7 for a bottle of water) and great sound. We will return!
I have lung and hip problems and must admit I was worried about going...but the staff was extremely helpful and considerate! There is handicap parking although we purchased legacy parking and a golf cart took us from our car to the entrance! And I was immediately offered a wheelchair at that point to our seats! And golf carted back to our car afterwards! Legacy parking is great when leaving as that line is let right out! I had a great time! Thanks to all the staff!!!
