We had tickets to 3 shows last week and when my wife had to have surgery she was restricted to a wheelchair. Not having ADA tickets in advance due to not knowing this need was going to arise at the time, we were worried she was going to have to miss all these shows, but can't thank you and your staff enough for the accommadating from parking to seat relocation!! You guys rock and thanks again! Above and beyond!

I was just at this facility for the Rascal Flatts concert. I am VERY upset being in the lawn how you handled the situation. You could have said due to security concerns we would like you to exit the facility ASAP. You could have made up a gas leak has been detected so we have to evacuate. Anything. Instead we all were put at risk including your staff. You need a better plan of action. Security threat at the concert. No one told anyone for a good 10 min after the artists left the stage and it still took 20 min to get out of the place. Everyone standing around, no one trying to get people out of the venue. If it is a security issue maybe you should pay more attention to the fans that paid a lot of money to see a show. Will not return to your venue till you guys explain the situation and why it was handled so poorly.
