Absolute worst venue ever. Traffic is the worst I have ever seen, due to horrible traffic management. 1.5 hrs to get in, 2 hrs to get out. Downtown Indy needs to doze this place.

I had an excellent experience at this venue seeing Ozzy in Noblesville. I had a medical emergency and they tended to me properly and got me back two seating so I could finish watching Ozzy perform. They were amazing to me I was unable to do the walking and was fortunate enough that they carded me to where I needed to go and I am very thankful. Seeing Ozzy in concert was on the top of my bucket list and my dream was able to come true and I think guest services from the bottom of my heart. I recommend this venue.

This place is so poorly designed it should be a criminal offense. Getting in and out of the place is a nightmare even on a weekend when the surrounding office parks aren’t open. The lawn area turns into a mud pit because they haven’t discovered the invention of turf. The bathrooms are a dive. The concession and merch stands are staffed by turtles in human costumes.

Business response:

Hi Ed. We are sorry to hear about your disappointment. We are happy to discuss your issues if you would like to direct message us your phone number. Thanks!

The ozzy show has been by far the worst experience I have ever had at a concert. Parking was a joke, and a cluster. Security took forever. All of this made it where couldn’t even get into the show on time, and had to miss part of the concert. Went to 6 shows this year doubt they will get my money again after this.

Business response:

Hi James. We are very sorry to hear about your disappointment. We are happy to discuss any issues you had if you would like to direct message us your phone number.

way too crowded and prices keep going up every year on everything. lawn seats are way too crowded. everyone brings blankets and reserves too much space. walkways are elbow to elbow, bathrooms are 10 min lines with people cutting. concession area are elbow to elbow too. money is more important to live Nation than the service. you will also smell weed the whole time you are there which is very disrespectful to those that don't want to be around it.

Business response:

Hi Adam. We are sorry to hear about your disappointment. If you would like to direct message us your phone number will be in touch to discuss your issues.
