It's unfortunate when a venue should be great. Great sound and great bands. However, the atmosphere is awful. It's 2017... Why is smoking still allowed in this public venue? If you really want to allow people to smoke, make a smoking section, but non-smokers shouldn't have to breathe in second-hand smoke while trying to enjoy a show. I know I have the choice to attend or not, so I will not be returning.

We go to about 12 concerts a year and it will change if they don't fix the lines getting in.....it took us 35min to get in and we had 30 people in front of us....one person checking for two lines....everyone was upset around us....did save us money though....no time to drink as much

This venue is terrible. The traffic around the area was horrendous. Waited in line to be scanned for almost an hour due to lack of entry gates. And then portalets outside of the bathrooms? Why would you build such a high capacity venue and not have the means to deal with the people coming and going? Inexcusable, especially when you charge $14 for a can of beer. No reason why can't build more entry gates and bathrooms. Won't be back to this place, that is a guarantee.

My first and last visit to this venue. We usually go to Riverbend in Cincinnati and always have a great time in the lawn seats. But that's because at Riverbend, they don't oversell the lawn area so you actually have enough room to be comfortable. Also at Riverbend, there are "limits" to how drunk & high people are allowed to get and limits to how much they are allowed to affect the show for other people who also PAID to be there. This show was a complete waste of money after our 2 hour drive. We will stick to the other venue... read more

Had an awesome experience at the Bob Seger concert. ..Parking was a nightmare, but that's what you get when 25,000 people converge into a few square mile area at once....Law enforcement , parking attendants and security was professional and awesome. .. I'm a Fan Klipsch. .. can't wait to come back...

Business response:

Thank you, Lise, for your kind words! We are a fan of you too! See you soon!

Getting in there was complete hell… The sheriffs directing traffic had not a clue what they were doing ....The rental chairs were sold out ..... The drinks were ridiculously expensive but the concert itself was awesome! Seger still rocks!!
