You guys HAVE TO figure out how to manage parking!!!!! Your people have no clue how to manage traffic. Leaving from Blue 7, we would sit for 10 minutes and then 10-14 cars would be let out before being stopped again. Sit for another 10-15 minutes and then 10-15 cars are allowed to exit. It's absolute chaos! It took an hour to get out yet we left before the concert ended and we were only 150 feet from the entry point near Blue 7.

We drove 41/2 hours and were a little worried because of some of the negative reviews, but this place was awesome! The sound was incredible, by far the best I have ever experienced! We took a shuttle from the hotel and highly recommend that. We got to the venue early and had no trouble getting in or out. No problems with crowd control and no problems accessing a bathroom. We were at a sold out show and still did not have any problems. There were tons of porta-johns set up as well as the standard bathrooms. If you are thinkin... read more

Loved It! Great show, VIP parking is great (only took us 5 mins to leave), and lines were not long to get drinks. There definitely should be more bathrooms tho!

I like the venue, everything is rediculously overpriced, but they always have good music and good sound

The venue brings a nice variety of artists in. The concerts are pretty entertaining. However getting out of the parking lot is AWFUL. If you stay for the end of a show you're stuck for 2 hours. Also some of the policies are a bit annoying. Umbrellas are allowed (which to me are an obstruction), but they made us deflate our pouch couch (which is no higher than a beach chair). Beer prices are obscene. We continue to come because we are avid concert goers & usually there's no other local choice to see larger bands. We'll keep e... read more

Business response:

Hi Lynsy. We are sorry to hear about your disappointment. Unfortunately, we are experiencing some parking lot delays this season due to construction and we look forward to the construction being complete so that we can take advantage of the new roadways and expedite traffic. If you would like to chat about other concerns we are happy to listen if you would like to DM us your phone number.
