Well we are here now at the Kings of Leon show in the pavilion smoking weed and cigarettes and bumping are seats all night we are not happy ugh please keep control
Great venue, however leaving the parking lot is a nightmare.
Parking is horrible, takes over an hour to get out of you don't pay $30 for VIP Parking. We were planning on going to the Nickelback concert on Friday night, Klipsch is a rain or shine venue so we weren't concerned with the weather. But unfortunately it was cancelled, and rescheduled for a TUESDAY night. Who reschedules a Friday concert on a Tuesday??? Hi Bailey. The original June 23rd show was scheduled to start at 6pm as well. Our marketing team also sent out emails to all ticket holders to remind folks of show run times and what is permitted and not permitted. We are sorry to schedule for a Tuesday night, but unfortunately, that was the date that worked best for the tour and for the venue. I LOVE Klipsch! Come out several times a year to see shows and I don't think I've ever had a bad experience. My all time favorite concert venue!

Reading these reviews I sometimes wonder if people went to the same venue I did. I've never had an issue here since it opened. Yeah getting out can be difficult but who cares deal with it. People complain about beer prices, frankly I wish they wouldn't sell it at all. People get out of control sometimes. Keep up the good work Deer Creek, Verizon, Klipsch :)

Went to Klipsch last night for Brad Paisley and Dustin Lynch. It was literally the time of my life. I think at this venue if you sit in the seats or the pit, you are going to eliminate the other stuff that happens (see negative reviews). We had PIT tickets and had no problems. The staff wouldn't allow anyone else in the Pit and were good about making sure everyone had a wrist band. If not, they were told to leave. Parking is a total mess totally unorganized and we miss half or all of the openers waiting in line
We had an issue with the tickets we purchased through another company. Rob from VIP was more than accommodating and made what could've been a disaster, a great night!
