Second pair of shoes in less than a week. It's Tuesday. I ordered the first pair on friday, received them on Sunday. WOW !!!. BRAND SPANKING NEW!! Shop here. Just my humble opinion.

Ordered an item on sale and the order was processed. The next morning my order was cancelled due to non availability. Phone call to RW was useless because the customer service rep had an attitude and when I asked to speak with supervisor, I was transferred and eventually disconnected. Numerous emails to Fran were useless as well. Would have more respect if they just said F you and went on their way.

So excited to receive "new" shoes in the mail only to receive one Wide (D) and one Medium (B). Spoke to them and was advised that they were probably tried on in their retail location and mixed up. So when I buy shoes in a real store they check the sizes, but apparently Running Warehouse doesn't care enough to do that when they ship shoes. Done with this company! I don't care how good their prices are I"m sticking to my local running store instead.
