Amazing return/exchange policy- I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers about a month and a half ago. After using and running a half marathon in one pair and getting blisters I wanted to get a half size up and exchange the unworn pair, when I called they said since it was within 90 days I could exchange both at no cost, and they even refunded me the price difference since they had been reduced about $20 pair
I have order shoes that ended up being the wrong size, as well as a pair that was oddly wide (but not marked as such by the manufacturer). Each time I was either refunded or sent new shoes. The second time I had tossed everything thinking the shoes were fine but after trying them on a technical trail realized there was something wrong with them. They sent me a new label and sent me new shoes right away. I love to shop local, but Running Warehouse has been a pleasure to deal with and has earned 5 stars from me.
I have bought Hoka shoes for everyone in my clan last year(14 pairs). I did not like a couple of them and return was easy with the labels already in the box. No questions asked . This site always had the best prices.
I purchased a pair of Altra Instinct 3 from them back in late November. The right shoe developed a hole inside the right heel area in the lining on a run this week. I had 43.1 miles logged on these shoes to date. I called on a whim to see if their might be any warranty and was told they would ship me a new pair and send me a label to return this pair to them.
