So fast and prompt. Even take exchanges/credit on used merchandise which is huge with competitive running shoes. Returns are processed quickly and coupon codes are always available!
Both the products and customer service here couldn't be better. I love shopping online but I'm thankful this place has a retail front in town because the employees really know their stuff and I love the shoes I get every time!
