I recently placed an order on the website. Immediately, I realize I had made a mistake… And emailed Customer Service to ask for help. Now, hours later, my error has been fixed, a refund has already been issued, and my shoes have already been shipped… Excellent service
This may be a great site if you're American, but if you're not - even if you're holidaying in the country, like I was - doing business with them is a nightmare. They're happy to take your money straightaway, but won't process the order until you've provided them scans of ID and signed forms - in my case, for less than $40. They really don't give a damn about your inconvenience, or how backward this all is in a global economy where most online retailers make this easy. I love this company! I just bought Salomon hydration pack but had to call RW because of a problem with the tube connector. Michaela looked into it right away and resolved the problem (actually the manufacturer's fault) for me. I won't even bother with Roadrunners Sports or any other running store where you will never get first class service like this.
I've ordered from Running Warehouse since 2010. They consistently have competitive prices and ship on time. I was particularly impressed with customer service after a recent experience. Because the Clif bars that I had ordered a few months ago got recalled, RW proactively contacted me, offered to replace my box with a new flavor, and shipped it immediately. I'll continue to shop at and recommend RW.
Excellent place that I keep going back for more even for my family. I love that they replaced my wrong pair size of shoes free of charge. I have even taken my friend twice. Did I also mention that they have military discount. Great place to get running shoes.
The prices are fair and customer service is excellent.
