Incredible customer service and very very easy returns. This is my favorite online running store and they have a great selection of all things running. Buying shoes online can be risky, but with Running Warehouse's return policy and free return shipping I don't worry. I've been shopping with them for years and will continue to shop with them for many many more. (You can never have too many running shoes!)
