The idea of the Rundown cafe was born in 1993 from tropical travel adventures and a love for the fresh exciting foods of the Islands."Rundown" is the name of a coconut milk, fish chowder so named "Because Mon it run down so good." A group of 7 us had a wonderful time. Kids got the fish bites, 2 got the hula burger, another got a burger, 1 got the soft shell crab sandwich, and the last got coconut shrimp. The food was amazing, the service was fast and so polite and accommodating!!
We have visited many times, and each time is a pleasure! Wait staff is friendly and efficient, and food was delicious.
Had a coconut chicken sandwich that was very enjoyable! Great service.
Love this place, gotta go morr then once when vacationing at the Outer Banks. The noodles are the best!
