It's a bait and switch anyone in our country do not fall into the residents come first they are owned by cottonwood corp. out of Utah NV they claim residents come first these apartments are run down and abused for 30 yrs the appliances are very old and DO NOT work as they should . I was a bait and switch please watch out for cottonwood apartments it's not what you rent.
This spring heat wave alerted us to a problem with our A/C, and Alex diagnosed the issue and replaced the unit in just a few hours. Excellent, clean work. Always prompt service. Love our maintenance team here. Thanks Jill and team!!!
I live here. The management is very nice, they respond to apartment issues in a timely manner. I LOVE that they are pet friendly. The apartments are clean, not as modern as the photos look on the website. The pool and amenities are kept in great shape. Overall it's a great place and I'm happy with the place
Just moved in the other day. So far so good! Sam had been great with any problems or concerns we have. She made the move in process very easy. 😊
My family and I had been looking for an apartment for about a month, and a friend told us about Runaway Bay. The office manager set us up with Sam for a tour over the weekend, and it was absolutely wonderful! We knew that day that we wanted to sign a lease with Runaway Bay. The area is quiet and well-manicured. We will be happy to move in in less than a month!!
Sam is such a great help! I move in a couple of weeks and looking forward to calling my new place at Runaway Bay home!
