I DON'T like it! Maintenance is seriously slow and lacking in quality
We lived in Clearwater before moving here and we made the right decision. It good to be home since I grew up in Pinellas Park not far from Runaway Bay. I would recommend this place to anybody its a awesome place to call home!
Sam and Jill were so amazing and super fast when answering our questions. We had to move out fast, and within two days we got approved. Super dog friendly and the community makes you feel welcomed. Nice area and it is quiet!
I can't say enough how helpful Sam was in securing an apartment here. She made what can be a stressful experience a pleasure! Can't wait to move in :)
