I’ve been training with Heather and Runfit for many years doing the running and gym sessions.Great supportive group to train with.
Highly recommend run fit for anyone wanting a fun and supportive group to train with or for those with specific goals in mind from a 10k to a marathon. Heather is a kind and knowledgeable trainer for all fitness levels.
I joined Run Fit to lose weight and gain fitness after finishing treatment for cancer. It's been 5 weeks and so far it's working.
I sent a note through the website enquiring about training and running and received no response. Sent an email and nothing so finally sent an SMS, again, nothing.. They may be at max capacity and not taking on any more but the lack of response in all forms of communications is very poor. (will happily remove if someone ever bothers to get in touch, otherwise if this review stays up serves as a note for others, they may not still be in business or not want any more clients).
I’ve been with Run Fit for a couple of years now & can honestly say what a difference Heather has made to my overall health, fitness & running ability. Her support & willingness to be there for you for anything is amazing, The HIIT sessions are so considered & beneficial to strength & injury prevention & aid in improving running too. I’ve always hated running & never saw any improvement until I joined Run Fit & now I love it & am able to run faster & for longer. So grateful to Heather ❤️
