I had a positive experience with them. They really helped us prepare for the polygraph test. They showed us a recorded video that explained which answers should be "yes" or "no." During the test, you simply need to sit still and not think of anything else; just focus on the questions asked by the computer and respond with "yes" or "no." That's essentially all there is to it. Don't worry— they will explain everything to you before the test.

Very easy to work with. Joanna provides an atmosphere that makes you comfortable and at ease. It's important to pass the poly since it is a trying process. Ruiz Services is one of the best in Dallas.

It was an excellent experience. I had to take polygraph. For work Was kinda bit nervous but Andrew that work there he help me calm down my nervousness And help me throughout the process very satisfying I gave andrew a five star

FIX YOUR PLACE, STAFF and YOURSELF MR. RUIZ. I don't normally posts reviews here but here me out DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. The owner Ruiz doesn't seem to care what is going on in there. The over all place smells like toilet and cleanliness awful, landfill is better then this place and drives nice blue german car. I don't recommend this place to anyone unless I really hate them that much.

They are a polygraph service, among other things. Everyone was friendly and professional. They are helpful and I would definitely recommend them if you need their services. My opinion might change after I get the report, but for now I am satisfied.
