THEIR properties and neighborhoods look so much worse than they do online. they want 2 much down payment. looking at these reviews and comments, it was a blessing I never moved in 2 a Ruiz property! I'm so glad I came here 2 read corroboration of my bad experiences with these charlatans! notifications off! NOT conversing with these liars!

I definitely would not recommended these people. We lived there 2 years when we moved in the place was infested with roaches. It was absolutely disgusting. Dennis didn't even say anything about the roach infestation when we moved in. We couldnt stay there the first night it was so gross. Also when we would put a repair order in the maintenance man would show up at any random times without notice.
