overpriced! – I've tried Ruggles Cafe Bakery twice, unfortunately both visits proved disappointing. Both visits consisted of snobby service and overpriced menu items. On my last visit, I ordered a fat-free muffin. The charge was $6.00! I questioned the price, considering that this was basically a large muffin, and was told that all desserts (irregardless of type) are $6.00. get the hot chocolate! – It may be pricey, but the hot chocolate is amazing. It comes with a chocolate dipped spoon and a cookie. Everything I've had there was good.
