All the stylists are great and soo unbelievably friendly. You’ll never feel like an inconvenience or just another “customer”. They consider you guests and treat you like it. They offer everything so why on earth would you go anywhere else??!
just tried Ruffolos for the first time. The girl who did my hair listened to what I wanted and explained exactly what she was doing and why. After not having my hair done for 3 months, this mama left feeling beautiful!

Love going to Ruffolo’s for my highlighting and hair cuts. I always get great color combos and amazing cuts by Shawn! The service is always superb and have never had a bad experience yet. Tried the facial once right after they began offering that and was wonderful and relaxing.

Ruffolo’s Hair Studio is the only place I trust to make my hair look amazing. On top of the talented stylist they care about you, who you are, and what your needs are to look your best. I will continue to drive up from the Chicagoland area to get my hair done with Kristin.
My stylist Sam saved me from a hair disaster! I went in with a head full of orange brassy hair That had patches of my original color in it and she was able to get rid of all of that and it came out to be a beautiful light blonde ombré hair.. she took the time to explain to me her process and made suggestions on what I can do to lengthen the longevity of the color. And let me tell you!!! I have not yet went back for an appointment and I got my hair fixed about 1 year ago and it looks just as good as when I walked out of there... read more
