RecommendedI would give them 4 stars.Beautiful inside, very spacious. Lady gave me a tour of the building and offered me a drink.Friendly staff and super informative . They make you feel welcomed. I got a bikini wax for the first time and was so nervous they really took the edge off and made me comfortable. Time efficient, was in and out. :) Downfall... I was surprised that some wax wasn't cleaned up , when I went to the bathroom the first time my underwear stuck on and after showering I noticed I wasn't as smooth as I thought I'd be. ... read more
I have been going to Ruffolos for years now. I have NEVER had a bad experience. I go between Amber Ketchum and lately Sam Paulsen. The work is amazing. Price is higher but So worth it. I always have a beautiful cut and outstanding color. I always have a great experience and always leave happy. Since I have been going there, they both have gotten me to fall in love with morrocan oil products and the straightener I love!!!!!!
First timer, I was so scared to get a spray tan, but it was easy and not awkward at all. And I look great for my wedding in Jamaica!!! Thank you so much for EVERYONES help!!! I will be back!!!

Very Unprofessional. Last night I had a haircut appointment for 8pm. I arrived a few minutes early and grabbed a chair. I watched and waited as all the other 8pm appointments went back in to the salon. Finally at 8:17pm (17 minutes after my cut should have began) I was told that it would need to reschedule or wait another 45 minutes, as the woman scheduled to cut my hair, was "doing someone with ethnic hair since 5pm and it was taking longer than expected." Ashley did an amazing job on my hair! She took her time asking what I wanted done and did a beautiful cut and color transformation on my hair ❤️ it turned out better than I could have ever imagined! I was so impressed! Definitely will be going back!
