It was my first time coming to ruffolo’s after going through a crisis with my hair from being a brunette & brassy with a million yellows and oranges thinking I will never fix it, Explained every to Libby leaving it to her bot knowing what to expect & she did an amazing job fixing my hair making it so even and natural my hair looks PERFECT!!! Thank you so much for making my first experience the best one and fixing my hair I definitely will be back 🥰💗

Shout out to Abby for ALWAYS getting my hair fixed! She is SOOO friendly and just makes an effort to get to know her clients. It’s hard to find someone to shape up a “Karen” lol but there’s nobody else I’d trust! (Disclaimer- all the ladies there are fantastic. Abby just happens to be my hair girl.)

So, being a working single mom I don't really have a lot of room in my schedule for things like hair appointments.
