About Us When I first met Mojo he was two pounds of curiosity, head slanted to the side and staring at me. I never imagined the little creature I would soon take home would become such a large part of my life, much less the inspiration behind a revolutionary invention. Product looked great when arrived- zipper broke within 4 months of occasional use. Customer service was useless. Not worth the money, much better companies out there
Product falling apart after a few months of light use. Emailed the company and they refuse to replace the product.
Poor Quality Bag and Lack of Replacement Process Bag is functionally good and does what is advertised. However, bag construction is very cheap and lots of plastic parts considering the $100 cost. Within 3 months of use (maybe once every other week) bag zipper began to release without reason putting my dog at risk. Next, a few zipper teeth detached from the side compartment (see photos) preventing the bag from securing my Boston Terrier. Just received my backpack carrier, a little annoyed at the logo being sewn on off center and on an angle. I guess QC is not high on the list since its made in China. Worries me a little about overall quality with my irreplaceable dog! Iwill follow up with a formal review and adjust stars from my experience.
I ordered my bag pack to London 2.5 mounts ago, actually it's arrived, but it was delivered at 5.30 am to my company office... Of course no one was there to receive it. I did not receive any emails / mails / or notifications from the delivery company, how can I get my order... I contacted your customer service, but they didn't helped me. I and my dog is super disappointed...

Buyer beware. After much research I purchased the Ruffit for my 5lb yorkie. It arrived with minimal instructions for its use so I watched the company videos and turned ed to YouTube for additional videos. I ended up returning the carrier because the zippers on each side kept unzipping while my dog was in it. These zippers keep the pack intact. A definite safety hazzard. I bought the carrier for my 6-7 pound Yorkie. I followed the measuring instructions but it didn't fit. She was on small size of the small but within the size range. It is a very expensive to return. Buyer beware, you lose the shipping cost both ways and an additional $30. i.e I paid $115.00 for the purchase, it cost $15.00 to ship it back and they refund $69.00. It is a $61.00 mistake! I understand the shipping costs but the extra $30 seems uncalled for.
Love love love this backpack. I have tried a few of the cheaper ones and looked at the really expensive ones. This fit the bill. I have 3 senior Westies and one with a heart murmur. She can walk for a bit but tires in about 20 min. This has worked so well. She loves it and I don't have to leave her at home when I go out for long brisk walks. Putting her in and taking her out is a breeze and the mesh sides are breathable so she doesn't get hot. The padded straps for me and my pooch are an added bonus.Gracie can look around an... read more
