Horrible customer service Can't write a proper estimate. Sales guy stated he can use old material from previous jobs that weren't used in which tells me this company does shady business by overcharging customers or insurance claims in order to stockpile there warehouse with free materials which should be illegal but non the less its wrong. They decided to back out of doing my $23,000 job because they don't want to redo the estimate to reflect the actual price of materials as if THATS TOO MUCH WORK FOR THEM. Roof roof and told me that it would be 16,000 to put the new shingles on my roof that was fine with me after they Took the old shingles off my roof. They found three areas that was wet.. The project manager told me they need to be replaced. I told him that’s fine. He charge me $8000 for three sheets of plywood. I don’t think that’s fair. i’m a widow now they trying to charge me $24,000 for the roof

Ruff Roofing did a great job on my house, the work crew did an awesome job doing the work and cleaning around the house when they were done. The supervisor and sales team did a great job of making sure the crew replaced all decking that was damaged before putting the new roof.

Ruff Roofing were the best Contractors I’ve worked with. Luckily we were able to get a roofing, siding, flooring, and some Sheetrock work done with Ruff. Everything they said they would do, they did do. One of the gutters broke while working on the project. They fixed it and gave me better gutter than the ones i had. Thankful for Mr. Aladdin and Yoda
