Ruff Roof came to my house did an estimate and then the next day came and did the roof. I was 86 at the time. Now 88. The over charged me. they never gave a bill that showed all the worked that was done. I believe they took advantage of me as a senior citizen. I have called they will not answer. For two years. Well everyone, I have never been held hostage before, but here is my story. The roofing company agreed to a price for $15,400. The day came for the crew, there on time and get right to work. Knock at the door, ***** and his boss were standing there saying that they needed to buy more wood for the job because more of the *** was water damaged. There number was $2900. I have been trying to get an invoice for the job .they did on my roof. For the past 2 weeks. 3 phone calls and no response from anyone.

Maybe this will help others. Estimate was on par with others but once they started tearing off shingles, all of the sudden the decking that the salesman inspected before signing the contract was bad and needed replacing or they wouldnt honor warranty. What am I to do? **** $45 a sf other companies $45 a 4x8 sheet of decking. Several thousands added to my expected estimate price.
