They destroyed our patio and agreed to fix it. After two attempts to do that they had it on, however two months later it has fallen in and caused major damage to our patio.

Their warranty is not worth crap, and they won't even send a person out to see it. I called with a problem, and they wouldn't send someone out, and I am in the process of suing them. Before that, they decided they wouldn't talk to me on the phone. I have a paper guaranteeing the workmanship, because they tore up my house and wouldn't come back. The second issue is that I was supposed to have financing for 18 months interest free, and I got into a 90% interest loan. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They tore up part of th... read more

Was very open with communication, I work out of town and yousif kept me up to date with pictures the entire process! My new roof is beautiful!
At first came off sounding good but quickly has spiraled out of control. Guy told me it would only take one day to complete roof, fascia and suffix, gutters, and back porch. After thinking about discovered that was lie. Been going on 2 weeks and job still not complete and keeping in the loop of what's going. Not to mention the imperfections. Countless

I was very impressed with the thoroughness and product knowledge exhibited by the salesman Amer who also gave a fair and honest estimate of the cost to replace my roof after Hurricane Beryl. Ruff Roofing was very helpful every step of the whole process from helping attain the necessary applications and permits (thanks Mira) to helping complete the roof replacement (thanks to Juan, construction crew boss and Ehab, Project supervisor). I had Ruff Roofing replace the facia boards around my house. They replaced 1 by 8 inch boards with 1 by 6 inch boards leaving a 2 inch gap between the top of the facia and the roof decking. They covered over the hole by adding a 1 by 2 to the top side. The board wasn’t wide enough to attach it to the side, so they moved it down 1/4 of an inch and tacked it on. That left a 1/4 inch gap at the top. They then slipped in the metal drip edge in the 1/4 inch gap. When they inserted the drip edge, they put it under the roof decking... read more
