Jeremy, we are sorry for your unhappy experience. However, if we would be able to find a way to make sure all owners have their dogs vaccinated, we would definitely do so. We have to keep our policies in place to protect all the dogs at our facility as best that we can.
Ruff Luxury is hands down the best place to take your dog. My dog has many special needs, and they show him so much love that I never worry about leaving him. He loves them there so much that I can’t put my car in park before he is trying to jump out to go inside! They go above and beyond what I would ever expect, and I could go on for hours about how amazing this place is. I love Ruff Luxury and all the staff there!!! ��
Picked up my poodle today from being groomed and couldn’t be happier! You can tell everyone there really cares about your pets, I didn’t feel uneasy or scared dropping my dog off, he looks like a new dog!
