I recently took my dog Elly here for their daycare program. I was so happy with my experience at Ruff Luxury Inn! Even though Elly was new to their program they made sure she was able to socialize and play with several other dogs. They also posted tons of pictures of her on social media, which was great! My only suggestion would be to have more communication between the morning and evening staff, as the evening staff couldn't tell me much about Elly's day. I have SO many good things to say about Ruff Luxury. I know that I can trust them completely with my dog and that is so comforting. Zeus loves coming to stay here and soaks up all the love from all of the amazing staff members. I love how whenever we come in, the staff is so excited to play with and love on my dog and it makes me feel so comfortable leaving him here. I will always recommend Ruff Luxury and will never board with another business!

We take our Golden Retriever there to get groomed each month. They are the very BEST!! He is just 2 yrs old and they have been doing him for over a year now. He is large and still acts like a puppy with tons of energy! They have no problems with him and he LOVES going there. He always looks soo handsome and I Love how they love him too!!
Raquel has been grooming our 2 year old Giant Schnoodle for almost a year. She does an amazing job with a big, long haired, curly dog who can be stubborn! Our most recent visit we requested a Schnauzer cut vs. the poodle cut we’ve been doing. It turned out PERFECT! Thank you Raquel!
We couldn’t be happier with Ruff’s staff! Thank you for always taking such great care of our Champy! The hardest part of going on vacation is leaving him, but we always feel he’s in good hands at Ruff Luxury Inn. I’m super grateful to the girls who always offer to help out to the car, because we all know he can be a handful! I’m sure it’s always hard for him to say goodbye, too. Until next time! :)
Just overall love love love! My Lily loves it there! The groomers are great! Staff is great!! They were awesome in helping to calm me when I first took Lily there in September - she's a rescue and I wasn't sure how she'd react to other dogs, etc - when I picked her up from her first day care stay and they told me that she met dogs and wagged her tail and didn't need the curtain on her door - I almost cried. She has since made friends and passes out as soon as we get home on Mondays!
Super friendly staff that took care of our little Harley ❤️ He got plenty of cuddles and even attended a puppy party! He is currently fast asleep dreaming of all the new friends he made.
