We've taken our dalmatian, Oliver, to the RLI since we moved to Valparaiso a little over a year ago. The first time, he didn't want to go. When we picked him up, he didn't want to leave!! He was there for a few days earlier this week. I understand he had a "playdate" with some friendly pups. They sent home a notice that he ate well and was loved. That is a very nice touch!!
We have done training and daycare. We love it! The staff is very sweet and the place is unbelievably clean. As for the training, we are so happy with the results and have seen such an improvement in our dogs. I would recommend this place to anyone!
Absolutely love it here. We use them for grooming. Shannon and all the staff are super awesome and my dog Jake just loves them!! It's very clean too.
I love this place! The owners and the staff are super friendly and really care about the dogs! We wanted to get a new puppy after losing our 13-1/2 year old golden in February. Where we work, it would be impossible to get home during the day to train our new pup. Ruff has been wonderful and if not for them we would not have been able to get Duke! Gunner (german shepherd) has never been to a groomer before and I was so worried. He gets so nervous and has to be muzzled at the vet just to get his nails trimmed. I was expecting a traumatized dog but I got just the opposite! They were so nice with gunner, his coat, nails, ears all look great! And he was so happy and they said he did wonderful and didn't have to be muzzled. Clearly they know how to work with all kinds of dogs.
I'm very very very picky on who grooms my dog little Ben and the ladies here to a amazing job I will not take my dog anywhere else to get groomed!!!
