Since moving to Valpo - I'd almost given up on finding a groomer having been through three bad experiences! Noticed Ruff while driving down 30. Took our little doggy in and knew it was the right place from the second I stepped foot inside. It's beautiful and everyone was so kind and helpful! Beautifully done inside. I talked with both groomers briefly and for the first time EVER - I let them choose a cut. We couldn't be HAPPIER! Our Lily looks so beautiful � . Thank you Raquel and Shannon!!

This was Chuck's first boarding experience at Ruff Luxury and he will definitely be back! I couldn't be more impressed by the place - from the first time I stopped by to check it out to when we picked him up today. There was a miscommunication in pick up time (totally my fault!) and the staff went above and beyond for us - we were trapped in crazy traffic driving straight through from Nebraska. Thank you so much for taking great care of him!

I can't say enough about how great this daycare is. In just one visit they helped my anxious, shy dog become excited about playing and being there. The staff is great and the facility clean and well thought. By far, the best choice in the area for pups. Thanks from Buttons and Pickles!!
We just boarded our two gsds and they were phenomenal. Accidentally didn't send enough food and they went out and bought the exact same food and just added it to out end bill and gave me the receipt. Very honest people and you can tell they love the dogs that come it! Our female gsd is very shy around strangers and she warmed up to the staff almost instantly! We will definitely be going back!
Had my 3 dogs there for a week. They came home happy.i love that they snapped a few photos so I could see what they did.they did an awesome job ensuring that my temperamental pooches were safe and happy
I love it there won't take him any where else again.
