The egg rolls here are to die for. The food is amazing and the prices are great. We used to the one at Mission Valley but started going to the one at Tryon Village because they had Monday night music bingo which we thought was sooo fun! Im giving them a four star because they are no longer doing it and we loved it. We might go back to the other one now or maybe check out trivia night.
I generally like ruckus but tonight was the one time I was astonished by the way the bartender acted. Mind you I’m a bartender too and I know how it is but I would never run from behind the bar to lock the doors just because I see ppl getting out of the car to come to my establishment. It was by far the most disappointing experience I have had. The only reason I’m giving a 3 star rating is because I actually like that place. The Manager and George are great. This was our first time there. We had an issue with one of the servers and I brought it up to the manager on duty today and he was very nice and helpful. And George whom wasn't our server took care of us even when he was busy with his own tables. If you go there you should definitely ask for him. Pizza is amazing there to. Due to the way the Manager handled the situation and George being such a great server we will be back
Will go out of my way for Ruckus pizza. A good craft draft selection and friendly, knowledgable bartenders who will converse with you. Try some house infused vodka. Pasta entrees are winners.
Always has great food and drinks specials!! Ruckus has much more than just bar food. There is something for everyone. Some locations even offer sushi. Yes, I said sushi! We love the Palmtree sushi roll. Highly recommend for a casual night out with your friends or family. Also has outdoor seating, which is a big plus!
First time at Ruckus last night to celebrate a friend’s birthday. Great atmosphere,food and service. I will be going back.
