Went to Ruckus today for lunch and I’m not sure if it was due to the holiday or just in general, but the service was horrific. It took at least 15 minutes to be seated, the waitress finally came for our drink order which was pretty simple with water and two beers. 10 minutes later she returned and said she spaced out and had to take our drink order again! The date is April 26, 2020. We are experiencing unprecedented global shutdowns due to the covid-19 virus. Most people are trying to be safe and take ultimate precautions for the safety of themselves and those around them. I ordered online, went to pick up my order, and as I walk I to the patio area I see groups of people Hanging Out around the tables,and the two women at the window, None Of Whom Were Wearing masks or observing the 6-foot rule. Great service. Bar tenders were excellent on a very crowded night. Not sure of the guy’s name but 👍. Highly recommend!
