Honestly so sad knowing it was my last chance to hang at Ruby's...The staff so awesome but sad as well...the lines of people getting some of their last Ruby's bbq & sweet potato pie. They were sad. I walked about the place in mourning went LIVE about 10 minutes on FB trying to get a little bit of Ruby's to share with my friends & went out to the empty stage in mourning actually & took a few pictures as well of few things close to my heart like Townes Van Zandt stuff & the wall of poster's itself. Best brisket in Texas. They will be dearly missed. A true Austin establishment
Had to check in so I could write a goodbye review. Split a the 3 meat combo with a friend and had the chunky potato salad and creamy cole slaw. Everything was delicious! The ribs were a little dry and everybody was there to get one last taste of greatness.
