Rubys is the real deal folks ! The Q and sides are all delicious. They have been serving up grass fed free-range beef since long before it was cool. & it's as down home and friendly as it gets. It's right in the middle of town and they have a comfortable covered patio with plenty of cieling fans. An Austin institution in my opinion. Highly recomend !
One of if not the oldest bbq joint in Austin. Photos of musical celebs to prove it when Antones was right up the alley...Real good Que!
