We came in as Ms. T was handling roughly 7 tables simultaneously. Her demeanor and attitude was amazing! She handled all tables with orders, clearing tables and seating guests with that big smile and energy. We knew right away that there would be somewhat of a wait since it was just her and 1 chef, but we really didn't wait THAT long and we didn't feel forgotten. Will never go back. Service was terrible. Waited at the very least 10 minutes before being seated. One lady took our drink orders never brought them nor did she tell our waitress. I had to keep going up to the bar to ask for the stuff we needed, like steak sauce which the waitress told us the manager keeps locked up. Really?!? Zucchini was burnt. Ordered my steak medium and it was well done. This was by far the worst service and food I have ever had there.
My five-star rating is a direct result of the exceptional service provided by the Assistant General Manager Will. I have observed him on several occasions during previous visits, and this young man consistently demonstrates remarkable attentiveness to guests while ensuring the success of his staff.
