We were seated the lady took our drink orders. I order sweet tea, she came back with unsweetened tea. I'm a server, I get it, mistakes happen. Then she asked if we were ready to order, we said yes, she walked away. I was shocked but did not say anything. Then when I finally got to order she told me they were out of every vegetable and I could pick the salad bar or mashed/baked potato.. excuse me? So I get the salad bar, and it's empty. I really enjoyed my meal. I have eaten there twice in the last couple of months. I understand they have new management since some of the other reviews. The first time I had grilled fish, cooked perfect, I am very picky about seafood. Yesterday a burger medium well, no complaints.
RecommendedGood service. Good food. Minus 1 star for the garden bar, it was not stocked completely.
I love Tuesdays at Ruby Tuesdays. Kids Eat Free! Great salad bar and mixed drinks. Ask for the biscuits if they have them.
Terrible.....absolutely terrible. Server needs more training , perhaps a day of math is in order. An employee off the clock attempted to fix a situation he had nothing to do with, and inserted himself into a situation that was none of his business. Manager was argumentative. Out of town guest and we will not return to this RT.
Got the triple,ribs, shrimp and chicken. Sauce was not very good, Shrimp and chicken was dry.service was fair.
Food and service were very good! We will certainly recommend it to family and friends and return there to eat again.
Don't screw customers just trying to get something to eat during winter storm Helena first time I ate there and dam sure will be last food sucked when I order food I was given one price when I got bill much larger price oh they can't do nothing about it sad to say id rather eat at mc Donald's pay quarter of the price for same quality of food!!!!!
