be careful, they will serve you rotten chicken and then act like its your fault. poor leadership. poor management. really sad

clean the bathrooms, respect your restaurant,get the food out in under 30 minutes why does it take an hour and a half for ribs onion rings and chicken fingers, clean the tables before customers are seated, get the food orders right the first time we had to wait an extra 25 minutes for four pieces of shrimp that the waitress forgot to add on to the original order.The water was good. Never going back.

👎 The service was extremely slow, with very few guests. Sunday at around 3 pm. Took over 5 minutes for drink order. Then took about 10-15 minutes to get my drink. Food was even slower....was not happy. Will be a very long time, IF we ever return.
Salad bar is good but the main course needs better quality of meat. Rather tough meat.
The past 3 times we have came you're ALWAYS out of ribs.Tonight you're management couldn't give me a good reason why. The salad bar was out of everything and dirty. We drive 40 minutes one way to come to this restaurant and you've disappointed each time. NOT coming back. At least Longhorn keeps stock of theirs...
no I wouldn't recommend Ruby Tuesday's of Ellijay the food was over cooked has a burnt taste and was Not enough for the expensive cost lady across from our table had to send her meal. back because it wasn't prepared right sorry I want eat there ever again thank you
